Before you take another step, put November 10^th from 2:00pm-6:00pm on your calendar and plan on coming to Forney. The City of Forney and DSKW & Associates have put together the “Ready To Go Real Estate” workshop just for you. DSKW & Associates are experts in the field of 1,500 sq.ft. – 10,000 sq.ft. design and construction projects. They are bringing a panel of experts in the business to answer your questions and offer solutions for navigating the legal, financial, real estate, design, construction and governmental hurdles a small business owner faces to successfully open their business’s door.   The City of Forney offers a strong market for retail and service businesses, and has made a commitment to offer the small business owner the assistance which makes the difference between success and failure.

 

This workshop outlines a strategic program that resolves the confusion surrounding build out, using real-life case studies relative to commercial, retail, food service and medical office uses. Attendees will leave with strategy for the real estate/lease development process and appreciation of the benefits of an effective collaborative consulting team.
